Horizontal fermentation tank structure:
Firstly, the material to be fermented is fed into the fermentation tank through a belt conveyor from the feeding port. While feeding the material, the main motor is started, and the main shaft is driven by the motor reducer to start stirring. At the same time, the spiral blades on the stirring shaft flip the animal material, allowing the material to fully contact the air and start the aerobic fermentation stage of the material to be fermented.
Secondly, the heating system of the bottom electric heating rod is controlled by the electric box to start heating the thermal oil in the interlayer of the fermentation tank. At the same time, the temperature of the tank is regulated by a temperature sensor to control the temperature of the fermentation tank in a good state required for fermentation. After the material fermentation is completed, the tank is discharged through the discharge port for the next processing step.
The basic principle of a horizontal fermentation tank for organic fertilizer is high-temperature aerobic fermentation, which can be used to treat various organic waste such as animal manure, organic waste residue, and crop straw. The harmless treatment process can be completed in about 10 hours.
