1.High efficient. It has high mixing efficiency and small floor space. The spiral blade is made of a highly wear-resistant special alloy.
2.Low noise. It adopts reducer transmission, which makes the rotation stable and the noise is low.
3.The structure is reasonable. The single-shaft mixer is fed from the top and discharged at the bottom, and the structure is reasonable.
4.Running smoothly. The seal between the joint surfaces is tight and the operation is stable.
Working principle
The working principle is that the materials go into the mixing tank,pass through a group of double helical ribbon type blade,they are stirred uniform,and enter next granulation process.
