1. It is a whole frame structure welded by grooves. The number of groups of the frame is determined according to the length of the whole machine.
2. Drum part: The drum part includes the main drum group, the tail drum group and the adjustment drum group. The materials of the drum are made of A3 seamless steel pipe etc.
3. Transmission and speed change part: the motor completes the purpose of transmission and speed change through a pair of speed change sheaves and a pair of deceleration spur gears.
4. Idler part: The idler part includes three types of upper idler group, feeding idler group and lower idler group, all of which are made of seamless steel pipes, and 204 rolling bearings are installed at both ends, so the rotation is flexible and convenient.
